Step by step, session by session you can experience deeper levels of relaxation, sesuality and intimacy. This process consists of a series of in person sessions. I usually recommend that you begin with a minimum of 3 sessions within 6 weeks. It will then become clear how you can continue on with these sessions to assit in your healing, learning, exploration, and growth.

With each session you get a personalized lifestyle practice and other exercises for relaxation, body awareness, and awakening your erotic potential.

Suggested practices are intended to help any client experience measurable results over time and achieve specific goals.
